Development on the EDM module for SolidWorks is in the final stages and should be ready for release in September of 2012. The built-in intelligence automatically finds 2-axis, 2-axis taper and 4-axis features. Linking to an optional machine specific database, toolpath is automatically developed and G-Code generated.
